O DISCURSO RETÓRICO DOS "DIREITOS HUMANOS"

RESUMO: Este trabalho problematiza a relação entre direitos fundamentais, como um conjunto de garantias, deveres e normas, previstas e imputáveis, que dão fundamento a uma particular forma de convivência – reconhecidos nas Constituições – e a inflação discursiva da retórica sobre os “direitos humanos” na estrutura atual da sociedade moderna.

ABSTRACT: This work handles the relation between fundamental rights, as a set of warranties, duties and norms, foretold and imputable, which ground a particular form of coexistence – acknowledged in the Constitutions – and the discoursive inflation of the “human rights” rhetoric in the present structure of modern society.
