DISCUTIENDO SOBRE FRONTERAS Y MIGRANTES: EL ARGUMENTO DE LOS DERECHOS

RESUMO: O texto aborda o tratamento dado pelas ordens jurídicas nacionais ao relevante fenômeno do trânsito de indivíduos entre países, analizando aspectos individuais e coletivos dos direitos humanos e fundamentais dos imigrantes, que podem ser considerados atualmente como os indivíduos mais necessitados na maioria dos lugares onde aportam.

ABSTRACT: The text takes on the subject of the treatment given by national legal systems to the relevant phenomenon of people's transit between countries, analyzing individual and colective aspects of human and fundamental rights of immigrants, which can be presently considered to be the most underprivileged beings in the majority of places where they arrive.
