AUTONOMIA E DIGNIDADE DA PESSOA HUMANA EM KANT

RESUMO: O artigo tem como intuito explicitar e correlacionar os conceitos de autonomia e dignidade da pessoa humana na filosofia moral kantiana. Ao discorrer sobre a construção do imperativo categórico, discute mais precisamente a segunda e a terceira formulações: a do homem como fim em si mesmo e a da autonomia. Desenvolve a tese segundo a qual a autonomia é o fundamento da dignidade humana. Autonomia e dignidade, autonomia, lei moral e respeito são os temas que completam esse estudo.

ABSTRACT: This paper aims to show correlations of the concepts of autonomy and human dignity in the kantian moral philosophy. Dealing with the construction of the categorical imperative, discusses more exactly the second and the third formulations: that of the man as the end in himself and that of the autonomy. It develops the thesis according to which the autonomy is the human dignity’s basis. Autonomy and freedom, autonomy, moral law and respect are the subjects completing this study.
