In this third issue of the Journal of Fundamental Rights & Justice , a PUCRS Faculty of Law's Postgraduate Program (Master and Doctorate) publication, we are pleased to inform, whilst in the permanent pursuit of academic bonds, the addition of new names to our Editorial Board. Therefore, in the International Editorial Board we rely on the collaboration of Professor Dr. Bernd Schulte, researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Social Law. Also, in the National Board, with the honorable collaboration of Emeritus Professor J.D. Paulo Bonavides of the UFC, and the eminent Professors J.D. Flávia Piovesan and David Luiz Alberto A raújo , both of the PUCSP, and lastly Professor J.D. Rogério Gesta Leal of UNISCRS.

Following in our objectives of supporting the research activity in creating a common forum for information and discussion among teachers, researchers, students and law operators, we renew the presentation of important contributions by distinguished legal researchers in the areas of social rights, the environmental law and philosophy of law.
