The Journal of Fundamental Rights & Justice’s seventh issue brings, as usual, novel articles written by renowned Brazilian and foreign authors. The foreign doctrine texts are by Vasco Pereira da Silva (Lisbon, Portugal), José Manuel Sérvulo Correia (Lisbon, Portugal) and Francisco Fernández Segado (Madrid, Spain).

Brazilian doctrine is well represented in essays by Rodrigo Brandão Viveiros Pessanha (Rio de Janeiro), Eduardo C. B. Bittar (São Paulo) and André Ramos Tavares (São Paulo). Representing our Program, there is an article by Rafael Dresch , doctorate student, one by Professor Paulo Caliendo and one of my writing.

We are counting on this issue’s good welcoming among the academic community and wish a profitable and pleasurable reading.
